My air conditioner is simply year old and provides leaking water badly. It's a window mounted air conditioner and I'm afraid the leaking water are going cause damage to my exterior walls. Do you guys have any ideas or simply tips?

It seems as your drain line is using clogged. That's what allows your AC to drain off the water. This is a repair that you must be do yourself. A drain line goods cleaned out annually. Most drain lines flow via gravity, releasing the condensation that collects in the pan. It overflows is because of him becoming blocked and soon there are any leaking air conditioner. Because you have who you are a window air conditioner it is probably piped from the outside so this case you should find the drain line and filtering it thoroughly. You could use a garden hose if you're careful or you could also flush it fx air.
If your Air Conditioning unit runs on a condensation pump rather than gravity feed than it will last to be replaced. In such a case the water is piped for this unit to the pump that fills until the float reaches the proper level. After you use it check to see if enthusiastic about not running while permit it to become full. If the pump is not operating you can replace it yourself or you'll want to call and Air Conditioning contractor. Remember, before you attempt any repair work gratify unplug the air conditioner.
After you get it fixed confident clean it annually retain algae and dirt get to a minimum.
